It replaces:

* Channel.phone_number
* Channel.sms_notify_up
* Channel.sms_notify_down
* Channel.whatsapp_notify_up
* Channel.whatsapp_notify_down
* Channel.signal_notify_up
* Channel.signal_notify_down
