Add initial implementation of new kickstart script. ()

* Initial commit of new kickstart installer script.

Includes untested barebones support for naitve package-based installs.

* Basic fixes for issues with initial kickstart-ng.sh.

* Add note about future requirements.

* Flatten control flow and add check to see if a valid package is available.

This makes the code easier to maintain and the installation logic more
